SUMMER IS TIME TO WALK BAREFOOT

Look at what our feet can do if they are not shackled in hard shoes ☝️

It's almost summer. It's time to walk barefoot 👣
Research has shown that children who walk barefoot a lot have better balance, coordination and sensory perception. And this is a direct path to healthy physical and mental development 😃

Barefoot walks are also an excellent psycho-emotional release. Contact with natural surfaces reduces anxiety, helps to "calm down" the flow of thoughts and perfectly relieves stress after a day in the rhythm of the city.
Therefore, walk barefoot with your children. And where this isn't possible, wear barefoot shoes.
