YOUR FEET IS A SENSORY ORGAN

The foot is the sixth sense organ.

Another huge "plus" of barefoot shoes is that through the thin sole we can "interact" with the surface we step on.

There are tens of thousands nerve endings in our feet (a lot more than even in such a sensitive organ as fingers!!!). It is thanks to the nerve endings that we are able to determine the temperature, hardness, humidity, relief under our feet. The feet "collect" this information from the environment and instantly transmit it to the brain. And the nervous system processes it and "tells" us how to move correctly in a given case in order to minimize energy expenditure and the risk of injury.
Therefore, the thicker and harder the sole of the shoe, the less we feel the surface - the more difficult it is for the body to move naturally and without unnecessary tension.

In addition, the nerve endings of the feet are connected with certain internal organs. By affecting the soles of the feet, you can significantly improve your well-being. And vice versa, incorrectly chosen shoes, can negatively affect health - because blood circulation in the whole body is disrupted.

That's why what we put on our feet every day is not just a question of style. It's about health and self-care.
By the way, the role of feet as a sensory organ is almost 2.3 times greater than the role of eyes and ears combined!
