It can happens to any of us: you choose shoes, wait impatiently, they arrive and... oops 🥴 Wrong size.
And even considering that we offer a quick return or exchange. However, this situation is easily avoidable.
The key is to initially measure your foot correctly. And then simply compare it with the manufacturers' size chart or contact our super helpful consultant.
Below we have made detailed instructions for you on how to measure the length and width of your foot to accurately guess the size 👇
1️⃣ Stand barefoot on a piece of paper so that your heel is pressed against the wall and your foot is completely on the sheet. Make sure that your toes are not compressed, in a free position ("fan").
2️⃣ Carefully trace the outline of the foot (if there are assistants nearby, it is better to ask them).
Hold the pen vertically and do not tilt it so that the outline is accurate.
3️⃣ Measure the distance from the most protruding point of the heel to the tip of the longest toe ( note, this is not always the big toe).
Remember, in the post How Much Space Should the Toe Box Have professionals recommend that the length of the inner insole should be 10-17 mm longer than the foot. Therefore, add this reserve to the result obtained.
4️⃣ Find the widest part of your foot (usually this is the area at the base of the big toe and little toe) and measure it.
5️⃣ Measure the other foot in the same way. When choosing shoes, focus on the larger result.Important nuances 👇
🔸 Ideally, take measurements in the evening. During the day, your feet may swell and change size.
🔸 Do not use compression socks/tights when trying on. But if you don’t have any “barefoot” accessories yet, that’s okay, just take a regular sock that fits you exactly in length and width (you don’t need to stretch it to put it on your foot).
That’s it, now all that’s left is to choose your perfect pair of barefoot shoes and enjoy super comfort ☺️
