LET'S TALK ABOUT GAIT

This is a super important topic. After all, our gait affects the condition of the whole body.
And the gait, in turn, is directly affected by the type of shoes we wear.

But first, we suggest taking a small test 👇🏻
Are you walking correctly?

It would seem that gait is our "basic setting". But, unfortunately, the modern world has messed it up for us.

Try comparing how you place your feet when you step with the picture ⬆️
"Correct gait" is the one thanks to which the body becomes healthier, and not vice versa.
What it looks like: feet pointing forward, knees over feet, body straight, pelvis stable
(in the picture ☝🏻 this is option - a).
With a natural step pattern, we move easily, nothing is overstrained. In this case, the entire spine and the muscles needed for each movement are involved in the work. This way, we can walk long distances without getting tired.

But in modern realities, there is little that contributes to the correct functioning of the body and feet. Sitting at a laptop for a long time, a sedentary lifestyle... And first of all, tight, hard shoes that limit movement.

Why is this not ok
Because due to incorrect gait, we can earn poor posture, lower back pain, pinched shoulders, a "buzzing" in the head and other unpleasant moments.

Our body, under any conditions, strives to take a vertical position. If the foot has fallen to one side, the body will compensate for this by falling the knee in the opposite direction.
If the knee has fallen, the hip changes its position. Then the torso, shoulders, neck. Everything in the body is connected from the toes to the crown of the head. Incorrect foot position AFFECTS THE WHOLE BODY.

And now the most important thing
😱What to do if it suddenly turns out that we walk "wrong"?

Well, you definitely shouldn't start controlling every step you take

This will only create even more tension in your body.

Our body is incredibly smart. And if you set up the right conditions, it will very quickly understand what's best for it. And little by little it will begin to return its "natural settings".

Therefore, the first step is to remove uncomfortable shoes. Those that do not allow your toes to move, and your foot to bend and cushion. In modern orthopedics, there are many examples where one change of shoes to wide and flexible ones has already helped the foot gradually restore its natural shape. And in combination with foot exercises and self-massage, you can get simply 🔥 - results.
