DO YOU WEAR THE CORRECT SHOE SIZE?

Most people wear the WRONG SHOE SIZE.

We are used to the fact that shoes, sneakers, boots should "hug" the foot. But for the foot to feel truly comfortable, there needs to be enough space between the longest toe and the toe of the shoe.

Why?
When walking, the foot bends, pushes off and moves forward. If the shoe is too tight, the foot will have nowhere to move and will have to curl the toes. Unfortunately, it causes calluses, ingrown nails, and bunions on the feet 😖 (other negative effects of the tight shoes you can find here).

Of course, we think it is comfortable when the shoe fits the foot tightly. Simply because we are used to it. Therefore, when trying on barefoot shoes for the first time, it may seem that they are too wide.
But the usual doesn't equal the right one. If you wear barefoot shoes for a while and feel the thrill of real freedom of movement, and then put on traditional shoes... Trust us, the difference is obvious. Your feet will thank you! 😁

On this blog we promise to honestly talk about all the nuances of such shoes: pros and cons, conveniences and inconveniences. And if you have already tried it, share your experience of getting to know barefoot shoes in the comments, we will be happy to chat.👇
