EXERCISES FOR BIG TOE MOBILITY

(Why the exercises are needed - explained  in the post Can your Big Toe Do This).

These exercises are suitable for both prevention and for maintaining the condition of the joint, which is already periodically inflamed.

☝️ If in the last exercise your finger does not yet "understand" what to do - help it with your hands. Over time, with regular exercise, it will "learn" 😀
